One of the greatest benefits of taking Reiki I is that it initiates a 21-day cleansing (healing) for the student, that continues beyond those first few weeks. Virtually everyone goes through a profound experience that is often life changing in a very positive way.

Part II - Review of Part I, full-body hand positions, chair Reiki, 2nd attunement
