CRYSTAL SINGING BOWL MEDITATIONS

Since the time of the historical Buddha Shakyamuni (560 - 489 B.C.), the harmonics of singing bowls have been used to induce meditation and assist spiritual seekers to the state of enlightenment. Come experience the transformational power of a crystal singing bowl meditation using 7 bowls calibrated to each of the primary chakras in the energy body. The meditation will begin with a guided imagery and go into the playing of the bowls.
